# Troubleshooting

If the `ZTS Guard` Discord Bot is having issues, follow these steps.

## Run the built-in diagnostic

Type `/setup` → `Troubleshooting`.

This checks:

* Bot online status
* Bot ping
* Bot permission status

## Check if the bot is offline

If you see **"`Interaction Failed`"** or no response:

* Check the bot's profile icon
  * 🟢 **Green** = online
  * ⚫ **Grey** = offline or in maintenance

## Report the issue

If the bot appears offline or the issue persists:

* Join the ZTS Security Discord to check status: <https://discord.gg/zerotrustsecurity>
